When you make a booking request via the hotel QR code: room number (mandatory, to assign your hotel benefit), name (optional), the selected hotel and QR location (e.g. room, lobby), a timestamp and an automatically generated benefit code. On arrival at the salon, the treatment provided and the amount, for commission accounting.
Anonymous statistics: page views and clicks per QR location – without any personal reference, purely for reach measurement.
The data is used solely to attribute your booking to the referring hotel, to grant the hotel benefit and for commission accounting with the hotel. Legal bases: your consent by entering the data (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), the initiation/performance of the booking referral (b) and our legitimate interest in correct accounting (f).
Hosting: servers in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH). Appointment booking: after your benefit code is shown you are redirected to Treatwell (Treatwell Germany); their privacy terms apply there. QR codes: only the public hotel URL (no personal data) is sent to api.qrserver.com to generate the QR images. Your name/room number is shared with the hotel only as far as necessary to grant the benefit.
Personal lead data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for accounting, at the latest 12 months after collection, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
All transmission is exclusively TLS-encrypted (HTTPS). Access to administration is password-protected with brute-force protection; servers are located in Germany. No tracking cookies or third-party analytics services are used.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Please contact mail@rubin.beauty. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (for Hesse: the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information).
